We introduce Vivet.ai one function at a time, building local capability through real work. Your champions learn with our guidance, take the lead with supervision, and retain access to support as the rollout expands.

Three weeks per function. A new function starts every two weeks.

The champion journey

We guide. Your champions take the lead.

  1. Start

    Choose your champions

    Together, we identify one or two champions in the function and select two methods relevant to the work their team needs to do.

  2. Weeks 1 and 2

    Configure two methods together

    We implement and configure two methods in Vivet.ai with your champions, adapting them to the function’s ways of working. Training happens through that work, so champions learn how to use and configure methods in their own context.

  3. Week 3

    Champions lead the next method

    Your champions implement a third method themselves. We supervise, answer questions and provide feedback as they put their learning into practice.

  4. After autonomy

    Keep support. Extend the rollout.

    Once the champions are autonomous, we continue to provide support and answer questions. In parallel, we repeat the approach with the next function, building capability across the organisation.

The rollout rhythm

Three weeks per function.
A new start every two weeks.

We spend three weeks with each function and start the next function every two weeks. Here is how the overlap works.

  • Weeks 1 and 2: two methods together

    We work with one or two champions to configure and use two methods for their function.

  • Week 3: champions lead

    They implement a third method with our supervision, feedback and answers to their questions.

  • The next function starts in week 3

    As the first function completes its supervised week, we begin with the next. Further functions start in weeks 5, 7 and so on.

  • Support continues

    Once champions are autonomous, we stay available as they apply the methods independently.
